Aaron Zelinskas is a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in leadership development and business intelligence. As the Owner of Ultraliminal, Aaron leads a team of experts in operations and leadership consulting. Ultraliminal offers a range of services, including leadership development, executive coaching, team building, communication systems, complex problem solving, workflow analysis/design, risk management and AI solutions.
Aaron’s T.R.A.D.E leadership development system helps business owners take control of their business for a better life. His leadership style is characterized by his ability to inspire and motivate teams, communicate effectively, and make tough decisions. He is constantly looking for ways to improve workflows and efficiency.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Aaron is also the President of Bay Islands Conservation Association Inc, where he volunteers his time to provide mentorship to directors, program coordinators, and project leads in leadership and operations, grant writing, experimental design, public policy formulation, community outreach, and financial sustainability.
Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a degree in Physics with Engineering Emphasis from Delaware State University.

Jacob Kerr is a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer with a wealth of experience in streamlining and modernizing complex systems to enhance business operations. During his tenure at a real estate investment company, Jacob successfully transitioned a convoluted database built on Google Sheets for property management to a highly customized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, utilizing Deltek Vision. This led to exponential increases in throughput and significantly reduced input errors. Jacob also implemented a customized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system to streamline lead generation processes and improve profitability. Additionally, he designed, built, and managed a cryptocurrency investing branch, including a 20 computer Crypto mining farm.
In his role as Chief Information Officer with a luxury home construction company, Jacob modernized and personalized the network and technological infrastructure to align with the company’s specific needs. He also developed and installed a disaster recovery program to minimize company downtime and data loss in the event of catastrophic events.
Jacob has extensive experience in building and managing websites and providing both personal and business technical support. He has a unique talent for converting vague thoughts and business needs into realized working systems and reporting.
In his personal life, Jacob is an avid gamer, paintball player, and SCUBA diver.
