The post task debrief is the final step in completion of the task. One’s goal is for the charge to understand how they measure against the expected standard. As the leader one also needs to take ownership of their shortcomings inside the leadership process for the task and discuss those. It is vitally important that the charge sees there is only one standard, all are accountable and all are expected to improve.
